Chef Michael Mina is an American celebrity chef, restaurant manager, and cookbook who was born in Cairo, Egypt in 1969. The Mina Group, led by Michael Mina, operates more than 30 original and unique restaurants around the world. He is also the head chef of the San Francisco and Las Vegas restaurants named after him.
